This large villa is perfect for 2 families or couples. The villa is situated off the main road to Ravni beach and surrounded by trees, fruit orchard on a 4000m plot.All the rooms have large glass doors opening onto either terraces or balcony, with the sea view from all rooms. The salt water pool is elevated with natural stone walls and glass offering views of the sea.

Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and dining room, guest restroom and a master bedroom en suite.

Outside, large, covered terrace with sea view, dining table, garden with stone BBQ & gas grill (plancha), sink and cooking area and another shaded dining area with big stone table and 8 chairs. There is a toilet nearby and night lighting.

Upper floor: living room with TV and large open terrace with spectacular views of Kvarner and the islands (Cres, Lošinj). A master bedroom en suite; a third large bedroom with bay windows and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and private balcony, and large bathroom with Italian style shower.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and there is a washing machine & dryer.

The house has ample parking and an electric car charging station.

The town of Labin is close by with all needed facilities. Close by is the Ravni beach which has bistro & many little private bays for swimming as well as kayak & SUP rental.

For diving & motor boat rentals of all sizes as well as boat mooring, Sveti Marina is less than 5kms. Rabac is close with many coves, diving center, great restaurants and boat tours. We also have a winery in Gracisce if you want to visit Domaine Koquelicot.

Please note we are NOT fans of the Saturday-to-Saturday regime due to the traffic on Saturdays so feel free to choose your own day. We strongly recommend not to travel on Saturdays in Croatia. Please contact me for any missing information.
